What good is it just to feel a little odd on your own, anyway?

Welcome to Harbor City, a small town in alternate late 90s West Virginia! We follow the realities and silliness of one particular odd couple, the peppy and unfocused Ted Groghl and his ever-present companion, the nervous and diligent Toby Young. They're joined by their friends, such as the unrestrained and weird Ada Mantodea, parents, neighbors, and siblings. 

Taking aesthetic inspiration from Calvin and Hobbes, LucasArts, and more, this project dabbles in hopefully-not-annoying humor,  awkward human warmth,  gentle sadness, love, and hot dudes.
